When your order is ready for dispatch, you will be sent an email to advise an estimated delivery time frame.
Furbysh uses United Movers for delivery nationwide. All furniture is blanket wrapped for protection during transport. These will be removed upon delivery, leaving minimal packaging to be disposed of.
United Movers will contact you (on the contact number provided by you) prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Very important: When you receive the furniture, please check it all to ensure it is not damaged in any way before signing the delivery receipt. It is important you do this while the carrier is still present. Any damages detected should be reported immediately to the delivery team and be sure it is noted on the delivery docket. You will also need to email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description and photos. We will be in contact to arrange either repair or replacement.
While our freight partners provide a door-to-door service, this doesn’t include carrying items upstairs, the placement of items or removing packaging.

We're confident you'll love your new Furbysh purchase, but for peace of mind, you have 50 days to try it out. If you're not completely happy we'll have it picked up and refund the full amount. There is no catch. Zero risk and hassle free!
Please note we will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has been misused, used in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.
We are unable to accommodate returns for customised items.
